Who we help.

Support for seniors and families when daily life is becoming harder to stay on top of.

Everyone eventually arrives at this point.

We work with a very specific group of Australians. Older adults who are still living independently at home, but are managing fewer

parts of daily life as reliably as they used to.  And we work with family members who can see a pattern forming, but don’t yet have a clear plan or structure in place to stabilise the situation.

Things haven’t fallen apart, but they’re starting to feel harder to manage. A few things are slipping. More responsibility is falling to family. There’s a sense that something needs to change, before it gets to a point where options become limited.

Seniors feeling the subtle change.

Family members feeling the strain.

Things haven’t fallen apart, but they’re starting to feel harder to manage. A few things are slipping. More responsibility is falling to family. There’s a sense that something needs to change, before it gets to a point where options become limited.

We step in when several small changes may be happening at once..

The home environment is no longer being kept to the usual standard.

Home-cooked meals are now simpler, repetitive or irregular.

Groceries are stocked inconsistently or going to waste.

Laundry and bed linen are not maintained with any routine.

Small tasks or errands are being delayed, missed or actively avoided.

Appointments consistently require, reminders, follow up of prodding.

Leaving the house is happening much less often.

Regular social routines or community outings have dropped off.

Who would get the most benefit from our support.

Wants to remain at home, but needs more structure around their daily life.

Not looking for aged care or to enrol in the aged care system just yet.

Values high standards of service, judgment and discretion.

Wants to retain flexibility and control by privately-funding their support.

Prefers the consistency of a single, familiar person attending the home, rather than multiple providers.

Reduce the burden on family members carrying too of the organisation, followup and worry.

Does not want to lose their social connections or let engagement with their community fall away.

Values services that are highly tailored to personal and lifestyle preferences, rather than rigidity.

Who we are not the right fit for.

Needs medical, clinical or personal care, delivered by a qualified care worker.

Wants government-funded home care or aged care support packages.

Needs one-off, ad-hoc or occasional help, rather than something more predictable.

Happy to work with multiple providers and does not mind the lack of consistency.

Our work is privately-funded by our clients and is designed for situations where consistent, hands-on, pro-active help is needed with clear accountability for the outcomes.
