Get support at home in days, not months.
Lifestyle continuity, not aged care.
Government-funded in-home care for older Australians is critical, but can't cover everyone who needs it.
Many don't qualify. And those who do, find themselves on a waiting list stretching months or years for in-home support that can often feel limited, impersonal and transactional.

Self-funded in-home care, however, can be accessed within days, not months.
With no means testing or waiting for government to open up more places, privately-funded seniors can access premium, personalised and flexible assistance that helps them live independently for longer.
At SMW, we don't believe that anyone genuinely looks forward to receiving "aged care".
What seniors, and their families, truly want is continuity of lifestyle. Not through buying hours of aged care, but through investing in keeping the unique aspects and richness of life they've built and have become used to.

That's why we created holistic in-home support programs designed to protect lived experience, sense of wellbeing, comfort and dignity of seniors who want to stay independant.
And who want to continue to live life on their terms.
Choose an in-home support program that helps you keep the rhythms of the life you want to maintain.
We know that seniors and their families want choice, flexibility and a clear sense of purpose built into programs that seek to support continuation of life at home. That's why our programs have been structured around meaningful lifestyle outcomes, not simply a list of tasks to be completed.
Everyday Living
Support for the essentials that keep daily life at home running smoothly.
Enriched Living
Extra time for the essentials of daily life, plus dedicated support for social connection.
Personal Lifestyle Manager
Dedicated, fully tailored and continuous support at its highest level.
Are our programs the right fit?
Our programs do not include any medical, clinical or personal care services. They are also designed to have some level of built-in flexibility, with the final structure tailored and confirmed during the consultation process.
Enhance any program with our lifestyle add-ons.
Optional additions that provide dedicated support for the things that promote wellbeing and make life feel full.

Pet Lovers
Furry friends taken care of
Dedicated time for the regular support of your pets, from walking and feeding to transport and vet visits. We ensure your pets remain part of your everyday life without the physical strain.

Community Connections
Keeping you connected & engaged
Provides time for planning and co-ordination of regular social and community engagement beyond the home, helping you stay connected to special-interest, faith-based and cultural groups that enrich lived experience.

Weekend Wonders
Direct support for special occasions
Additional support during weekends, providing an extra pair of hands when everyday help can be harder to access. Ideal for weekend outings, hosting family, special events, or simply ensuring weekend plans run smoothly and stress-free.
It all starts by understanding what matters to you.

Consultation
We come to you for a confidential discussion to understand your needs, how your life currently looks, what matters to you and what support would be most helpful.
This is a no-obligation in-home discussion focused on observing, listening and understading.

Recommendation
Based on the consultation, a tailored monthly program is proposed outlining the type of support, visit rhythm, and how any flexibility you need can be built in.
Everything is explained clearly, including pricing, so expectations are set from the start.

Depending on the program, we may also introduce you to a selected Lifestyle Assistant.

Continuation
Support begins on an agreed start date and duration with a consistent routine established, adapting as needs change.

Regular reporting starts to agreed rhythm, including quality assurance and regular program reviews
The focus is on continuity, familiarity, consistency and ensuring life continues comfortably at home.

Our purpose.
We're on a quest to help older Australians continue living life in their own home, as an alternative to moving into residential aged care when they don’t need to.

The purpose behind this is to help protect dignity, independence and wellbeing at a time in life when familiarity and the certainty of daily routines and rhythms create a sense of comfort that people both need and deserve.

We are not about disrupting aged care or trying to reinvent how services are delivered.

SMW is about refocusing in-home support on the outcomes that actually matter to the person receiving it, not simply the activity of providing it.

And we're about offering real choice to those who are locked out of government-funded care, and who simply want to continue the lifestyle they have already built.
